Elizabeth and James

I'm not the biggest Olsen fan and I'm usually not big on actors/singers turned designers, but I have to say I'm always mesmerized by the Olsen girl's fashion choices and I absolutely love their Elizabeth and James line. Truth be told, if Francisco, my personal friend and Saks sales assistant hadn't pulled a beautiful white jersey dress from their line, I probably would never have discovered all of the great pieces the design duo's line offers. I couldn't find the dress in white online, but it's still sold in blue and orange along with a few other colors. It's perfect for weekends in the Hamptons or when you're on vacation and need a dress to take you from day-to-night with minimal adjustments. I have to say the pictures I found online don't do this dress justice. It's effortlessly chic, and has a deep, loose hanging back and I love the ruffle detailing!

I've been pairing the dress with gold Mystique flats (Mystique makes the absolute chicest flat sandals).

Of course the popularity of tights and slim-fitting pants are in no small part due to the Olsen gals so you can bet that the line has some great bottoms as well.
