This stunning gown Best Supporting Actress winner Penelope Cruz wore tonight is this swoon worthy vintage Balmain. It strikes the perfect balance of drama and beauty without overdoing the fuss. She said she saw this dress years ago and swore to one day wear it– when she was nominated for an Oscar, she went searching for it and found it again! Gave me chills.
She looked absolutely perfect that night.
