Get the Celeb Look: Nautical Stripes

I love nautical-inspired looks! Shopbop has a whole section devoted to the current trend with some wonderful finds. The only problem as we all know is that nautical horizontal stripes can sometimes visually add a few pounds. I've found that with wider stripes as well as with stripes that are relatively far apart, this problem is significantly minimized. Opting for outwear (like a blazer), is a great way to avoid the problem as well (and of course you can always go for nautical stripped accessories like hats, shawls, or scarves!).
