Omelle Drew Open Toe Apron Pumps: Snob or Slob?

I can see this on a very young and hip girl but not so sure if those on the other side of 35 can carry it off.  I love the color, it's very classic and neutral but I can't wrap my mind (or heel) around how one will be able to walk in these!  The cone heel is tres chic and the apron style front flap is fab but the bow tie makes it too cartoonish for me.  What do you think?  Snob or Slob?
