Loving the cage platforms– they are the only pair that feel normal. The YSL cage collection has gotten a lot of press lately and I finally tried on the booties but they felt, well, cagey. The platforms, however, are really hot! It’s a great summer sandal with white dresses or leggings– 1″ platform and 4.5″ heel. All at YSL.com with Free shipping.

Tina, I just scored a pair of the metallic cage booties (the third pair shown above) from Barney’s New York. I have to say, that they are tres chic and far more comfortable than I thought they would be. I decided to choose these instead of the platform ones because I own quite a few pair of platforms and why not go for the whole enchilada if I’m going for the cage look…
