I am what you'd call an Anglophile. I love all things English and can not explain my obsession (if I could live in London, I'd be so there right now!). I also adore the proper British accent and impeccable manners (I really believe all people in the service industry should spend a few months in London to learn how to treat customers!). Seriously though, I think my Anglo obsession began with MTV in 1981 with my discovery of Adam Ant, Duran Duran and continued through my teens and 20's (Ab Fab anyone?). As an adult, I'm continually inspired by the innate chicness of the Brits-- right now, it's Kate Moss, Alexander McQueen, and the amazing Vivienne Westwood. I am currently having a major love affair with Westwood's Anglomania line (affordable and so stylish!). I own all three items above (my drape dress is hot pink!) and feel really sexy every time I wear them even though none are skin tight or cleavage revealing. It's the way the fabric wraps around the body-- draped to emphasize the bust, tucked to nip in the waist and curved right above the bum so that the rear looks perky and small. Trust me, no man will be able to resist you in these dresses-- they leave everything to the imagination! The line starts at $450 and runs up to $1200. Check it out and let me know what you think!

I totally understand the Anglomania...even though I'm more partial to the French hmm also the Belgians and the Swedes...I'm just an EU-mania person I guess; and I think you're idea of sending customer service trainees to England is wonderful A MUST!

I managed to get a fab viv westwood dress in sale for £62 from £310, I was very chuffed and it is one of the nicest piece I own. The cut is amazing.
