Lacroix files for Chapter 11
What sad news– Christian Lacroix sought court protection from creditors this week in order to save his atelier. The downtrend in luxury spending is hurting many wholesalers; Lacroix saw a 35% decrease last year in sales. Losses are at $14 million for the year.
