Giuseppe Zanotti Sculpted Boots: Snob, Slob or Geisha Chic?

gzsculptedboots.jpgAbout twelve years ago I bought a pair of boots similar to this.  They were by Skye and really beyond– even with the same red narrow platform!  I couldn’t really walk in them but I was a hip 20 something in LA and as everyone knows, “nobody walks in LA”.  So I teetered tottered gently on many outings and tried to stand very still or sit down immediately.  When I fell, however, and twisted my ankle, I gave those boots up.

I have to admit I was tempted, for a minute, over these boots from Zanotti but I’m no longer a 20 something and injuries are not as easily healed!  But I still think they are tres snob, if you have the ability to rock them!  What do you think?  Snob, Slob or Geisha Chic?

Saw these in person — dangerously high.. I love the contrast in color I just wish the heel wasn’t like 10 inches!

  4. Definitely snob, but I agree why do the heels have to be so high? I just got over the 5 inch heels now they are 6 inches and higher too high!
