Zac Posen Silk-blended fringed blouse

Did I say I was not revisiting the fringe trend? That was cuz I didn't like the awful Minnetonka boots. Now this, this I can jump on! Zac Posen's fringed top is subtly fringed in contrasting navy and gives this simple black top a lot of oomph. It's more flapper than cowboy and that's always a good thing. I'd wear it with skinny leather leggings instead of a skirt though and I'll be shimmying my shoulders all night long to make them go swish, swish.
