Forget the 80s neon, street fashion is all about the grunge from the late 80s/early 90s these days. I keep seeing images of young Hollywood hitting the town in Madonna-style cropped tops. The ladies pictured above can pull-off the look because they’re all gorge and super-leggy, but for the average-sized lady I would say this trend is a big nicht-nicht.
What do you think about cropped tops? Snob or Slob?
Slob, I think it looks so tacky.
