My first time in Brooklyn I discovered Rebecca Minkoff’s apparel line. It was the summer between my freshman and sophomore year in college and one of my best friends was living in Williamsburg. When I went to see his apartment he took me around his neighborhood and I stumbled across a boutique called N7. Unfortunately the store no longer exists, but they carried the most amazing selection of apparel — think La Prairie, Paul & Joe, and, of course, Rebecca Minkoff. I bought a top and two LBD that I still wear to this day (though one is so short I now wear it as a top!). Minkoff stopped making apparel for awhile, but luckily she has started it up again and has a slew of great finds. That LBD is HOT HOT HOT…they only sell it in the blue any ideas where I could grab the black dress!!
