This is a tough comparison! We are comparing a 50-something (ever-gorgeous) Kim versus the teenage (kinda-cutesy) Miley in the same dress, so that not a fair comparison to begin with. I think Miley looks just a little better in the dress because she is wearing a better matching necklace. But then again, I think the dress would best suit a confident and fit 20 to 30-something year old woman.
