Happy New Year!
It appears that Louboutin has been getting his inspiration from Legoland. The bright and colorful Bianca slingbacks are certainly perky and fun but do I want to dress like a clown? I think not. I would love this in all nude or black, though the very narrow front doesn’t look like it’d support the 5.5″ heel. I’m rather disappointed and hope this is not indictive of shoes to come in 2010. Hi Tina, Happy New Year! I agree with you about this shoe. When I saw it I thought what is going on with Christian Louboutin? I usually love his shoes but this multi color is a big no no. I looked at his resort shoes and was very surprised not sure what he is thinking.
Those look too much like my national flag. Big NO NO.
He makes some beautiful shoes, but these are not one of them. Honestly, so many shoes are designed, that are just not going to sell. Do all these go on sell? ? Don’t the shoe designers take a big loss? What happens to all these shoes with 5 in. heels? People cannot walk for long in them. I would really like some input.
Sherry, I think most are made to shock for editorial purposes. That’s why he still makes the staples everyone loves. But there will be that one star, Lady Gaga, who will rock these, get them lots of press… and it will have been worth it for them…
