The first day of spring for me saw 6 inches of snow– yes, snow! But luckily within 48 hours we were at 70 degrees (global warming is really scary). Now that I can finally pack away my furs and boots (I think?!) I’m looking for the perfect pair of white shorts! Each year I buy several pairs because they all serve different purposes. I need a nice pair to wear with platform espadrilles for dressy occasions, a pair to toss over my bathing suit for backyard bar-b-ques and a pair for everything in between. This season I’m contemplating these options:
Alice + Olivia Cady Cuff Shorts $154.00– this is a great pair of every day walking shorts. Just a tad on the pricey side though!
White House Black Market White Short with Striped Belt $68.00– this pair is almost like a skirt, mid thigh length is appropriate for work with low heels.
Tory Burch Justine Twill Suiting Shorts$135.00– these are shorter than short, wear with my bathing suits or with a long caftan, super hot!
Of course there is also Banana Republic Bermuda white shorts for $46 for our preppy snobs!
