At first glance, I loved this Cacharel sweater dress ($295), but the more I thought about buying it, the more the dress started looking like a stylish version of a monk’s robe. A lot of my thinking that probably has to do with the color and the way it’s belted. Given that it’s made from medium-weight fleece, I do think this would make a nice option for a chilly fall day and it definitely looks cozy, but I can’t get the monk image out of my head!
What do you think about this Cacharel sweater dress – Snob or Slob?
That is exactly what I thought when I first saw this dress, “it looks like a monk’s robe.” However, the more I look at the dress, I see its potential. This dress is all about how it is styled. It needs a much more feminine and stylish belt along with lots of funky jewelry and knee-high or thigh-high boots. This dress looks so stupidly comfortable, I would say it is a must have!
