Hats are everywhere at the moment, and I couldn’t be happier. Trend-making Brits Rosie-Huntington Whiteley and Kate Moss have been sporting floppy felt hats all over town, no matter the temperature, and I’m applauding. To put it simply, I love hats. I bought a bunch of felt hats last year and never even wore them. My goal this fall and winter is to make every outfit hat-accessorizable. My other goal is to get that word in the dictionary!

My true motivation? Master milliner Eugenia Kim‘s latest release of rabbit felt hats. I can’t decide which I like better: the wide-brimmed brown “Carly,” ($330) with bohemian-cool gold studs across the band or the camel “Kurt” fedora ($310), with an intertwined gold chain and braided cord to maximize the intrigue. What could be better than looking mysterious and low-maintenance? There’s really nothing better than the right hat to top off a look…Teehee!
