Which is why I spent the first 6 months after giving birth at home, in my pajamas. Seriously, I didn't go out for a very very long time. Why you ask? Just look at this photo of new mom Amanda Peet. Need I say more? I don't know if she's got a burp cloth on or if the apron is the new skirt over jeans but whatever it is, she should have just stayed home.

In case you did not know, Kelly and I are Top Cops for US Weekly and if you have not seen our rantings on the back pages, run to your local grocery store and grab a copy! We are in the mag every other week. Anywho, one of the celebs we were asked to comment on this week was Mariah Carey. Let me just be honest here and admit that I am a dork and have cried listening to her sappy love songs (yes, Kelly makes fun of me all the time but I don't care, I love Mariah's voice!). Her fashion choices, however, pain me to no end. Why she must dress like a 12 year old is beyond me. I know she says she has the mentality of a junior high schooler but must she continue to dress like one, day after day? She can save this look by untying the shirt, a longer top with a short mini is much more in proportion though I don't know if a rainbow hued mini is ever appropriate once you've graduated high school.
