Ladies, let me make something clear: you do NOT have to be a new bride to snap up this nifty and unique Lanvin piece. Alber Elbaz, who not too long ago designed an engagement ring for Van Cleef & Arpels and, more recently, launched a Lanvin bridal line, clearly has matrimony on his mind. With that, he's created what he calls a "honeymoon suitcase"--a white glazed canvas case with silver-tone hardware, wood handle, clip fastenings, fuchsia printed lining and printed honeymoon accessories. Talk about a fab wedding present! The multicolored printed accessories included with the case include a printed cotton tote bag with grosgrain handles, pompom-embellished raffia flip flops that come in one size and a large printed pareo that's both versatile and stylish. Note: the white bikini in the shot is not included, but available separately at Net-a-porter.

Lanvin Suitcase Honeymoon Set for $740

Everyone from Gisele and Sarah Jessica Parker, to Leighton Meester and Jessica Alba have    worn Matt Bernson's shoes and given that the designer's motto is "sex + comfort," are you surprised?! I first spotted the New York-based brand - started by an ex-construction worker -- at Bergdorf Goodman, but the label has grown immensely over the last year and is now available at a wide variety of retailers. Most of the shoes retail for between $120-$180 and they're all hand produced from eco-friendly materials. It's so hard to find nice, non-flip flop flats that are comfy, especially strappy ones. Matt Bernson flats have the most cushiony, padded, comfy soles, and all the straps are easily adjustable. The two styles below are my favorite, but he's got so many comfortable, covetable, affordable finds that odds are you'll find it hard narrowing it down and just buying one pair:-) See the collection here!

No one does the L.A. boho chic quite like Cameron Diaz. Sporting the right accessories helps, natch! The actress landed at LAX in Los Angeles over the weekend looking fresh and relaxed--and her sandals no doubt helped. Cameron wore Lanvin's leather and macramé t-strap espadrille with pearl embroidery, toe ring and adjustable ankle strap while exiting the airport and they looked chic with her cropped jeans and simple navy blue tissue-thin long sleeve tee. What I love about these flats is that Alber Elbaz included some whimsical references to his Lanvin ready-to-wear signatures: the pearl accents are a nod at his signature tulle-wrapped necklaces; the raffia at some of his delightful hats. The leather soles give these flats an instant boost in luxury--perfect from the countryside to the country club.

I don't wear sneakers unless I'm headed to the gym and I've never been a huge Missoni or high-top fan, but I imagine Missoni lovers looking for an excuse to walk comfortably will be jumping on these just launched Missoni Converse Chuck Taylor All-Stars. The two styles retail for $200 at Missoni boutiques in New York City and Beverly Hills and at Jeffrey in New York and Atlanta. They're also available at Browns online. 

I don't like these drab prints! Though again I'm not big on Missoni or this sneaker style so hence by Slob vote. What do you think about this collaboration? Snob or Slob?

I'm obsessed with Lucila Iotti shoes! The super sexy shoes are designed by Iotti in her hometown of Buenos Aires where her father, Jorge Iotti, began his tailoring shop in 1920 (the designer has a boutique there as well...can't wait till March when I'm in Argentina to check it out!). Iotti uses a variety of colors and textures (patent leather, suede, satin, vinyl...) -- her shoes are definitely not for the shy. They're bold, loud, and demand attention, but paired with a LBD and some confidence they're simply magnifique! On a side note, Patricia Field has been a vocal admirer of this brand, so I wouldn't be surprised if one of these shoes make an appearance in SATC II:-) So far the shoes are only sold at the boutique in Argentina, but email info@lucilaiotti.com with the name of the style you like and they can mail it to you via Fedex (prices start at 710 pesos which is around $540).

Battlestar Galactica anyone?  If you're too young to know what I'm talking about, skip to the  next entry.  Seriously, if this is the design of the future I'll have to wear old shoes for the rest of my life.  The space age inspired design of mesh and elastic look really cheap (and how are you supposed to pull them on if you have wide feet?).  They kind of remind me of my diving shoes, sans the toes.  Actually, I can't really imagine these with anything other than a wet suit-- now if they'd just put some flippers on the back it'd make a great swim shoe.  Givenchy Netted Ankle Boots $450.00

My friend Joy Gryson was wearing these boots last spring (she designed them so she gets samples 6 months before the rest of us pedestrians!) and I made her take them off so I could try them on. We wear the same size shoe so it makes things very convenient for me come sample sale time!   But the Cornelia Motor Boots were so cool I could not wait. Ordered them on the spot and they just showed up today-- perfect for the slight chill of fall weather and I'm wearing them right now with a black mini dress.  I never thought I could carry off over the knee boots let alone flat ones but Joy is my height and she understand that flat boots must be tailored to the leg to look flattering.

Plus the shrunken lambskin is soooo soft that I feel like I'm just wearing socks! I also love the edgy motorcycle flap detail, it's removable which give the boots a totally different feel when you take it off. Two for the price of one! I know these will sell out- hurry and grab a pair, you won't find a better pair of flat boots for the season! GRYSON Cornelia Flat Motor Boots $675 here

I still can't believe that Sergio Rossi is closing all of its freestanding stores in the U.S.! So sad, luckily the Italian brand will still be sold in department stores. l am wondering however if the teaming-up of Sergio Rossi and Puma has anything to do with Sergio Rossi being strapped for cash. The Sergio Rossi for Puma capsule collection features satin lace-up sneakers done in a variety of colors each of which retail for $190 -- almost three times the price of the average Puma sneaker. I completely understand that this being a special collaboration that the sneakers need to sell at a premium, but there doesn't seem to be all that much innovation here! Looking at the pair pictured above I wouldn't think they were anything other than an average pair of Pumas. They actually look somewhat like bowling shoes to me...I mean seriously -- couldn't they have at least put some cool shoe laces!?

I'm sorry, is Heidi Klum really pregnant? Her bump is so cute and small not to mention she is still soooooo skinny everywhere else!  So unfair huh?  Most of us would kill to look this good not pregnant.  Love Heidi but not sure about her Steve Madden Libbie sandals.  Too strappy and too flat for me, my arches are sore just looking at this.  What do you think?
